Every piece of our ice cream mooncake is made laboriously from scratch by the hands of our young, talented pastry chefs. Our delicate snow skin mooncakes are made with mung bean flour and is kneaded repeatedly till the dough forms. It is then rolled out to wrap the ice cream filling and shaped by our signature floral stamp! This intricate process takes hours, and each piece is handmade with love.

Redefining Traditions

Combining old traditions with new techniques is really what our chocolate shell mooncake is about. Filled with adventurous flavours, these mooncakes’ velvet spray finish is inspired by French entremets. Made with Valrhona Inspiration chocolate for the flavour and its charming hues, these mooncakes look good and taste even better!
