Terms & Conditions

1. Promo is available from 1 - 31 December 2024 only.
2. Promo is only available through the Inside Scoop Malaysia app.
3. Gifts can be delivered to all states in West Malaysia.
4. Each sender is only eligible to send a maximum of ONE “Free Single Scoop” gift card.
5. Each recipient is only eligible to receive a maximum of TWO gifts (including paid gift cards).
6. There will be a daily redemption limit of 645 Free Single Scoops.
7. Gift cards are valid at all Inside Scoop outlets in Malaysia, except for B.I.G. Publika & IPC Shopping Centre outlets.
8. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. The Inside Scoop Sdn Bhd reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
10. Any profane, explicit, or inappropriate content will not be accepted. We encourage sweet and thoughtful messages.

FAQs

What is Ais Kirim Postal Service?

In conjunction with Inside Scoop's 11th Anniversary, we are giving our community a chance to deliver a free ice cream to their loved ones for free.

How long will this be running for?

The Ais Kirim Postal Service will be available from 1 - 31 December 2024.

Will actual ice creams be delivered?

Due to the nature of ice creams, we will be sending recipients a limited-edition gift card that can be redeemed at all Inside Scoop outlets*.

*Except for B.I.G. Publika & IPC Shopping Centre outlets

Is this a free service?

Yep, this is entirely free! Of course, should you want to add-on any gifts, you may do so at extra charge.

What extra gifts can I send?

In addition to the free single scoop, you may choose to add-on either a RM10 or RM20 Gift Card to be sent together with your gift.

What happens when the daily limit has reached?

There is a daily limit of 645 Free Single Scoops. If you miss out, don’t worry—you can still send a gift for an extra charge! Free Single Scoop Gift Card availability resets daily at 10AM.

How many can I send?

Each mobile number can only send a max of 1 free single scoop. There is no limit for the paid gifts.

How many can I receive?

To ensure as many of you can enjoy this, each mobile number can only receive a max of 2 gifts.

 We reserve the right to cancel any orders made that are deemed fraudulent and against the spirit of the promo.

When will my gift be delivered?

All gifts will be delivered within 5-7 working days; should you require an update, feel free to drop us a text at +60 12-623 2971.

Where can my gift be delivered to?

We are able to deliver to all states within West Malaysia.

How long will the gift card be valid for?

Our Free Single Scoop gift cards will be valid until 31 Jan 2025.
The RM10 & RM20 gift cards will be valid until 31 Dec 2025.

Will I be able to keep my gift card after redemption?

To ensure everyone gets a fair experience, gift cards will be collected after redemption.
