How to join as a Insiders Club member?

Then download our Inside Scoop app here and register using your phone number to redeem vouchers for your next visit.

How to edit my birth date?

Birth dates cannot be changed once registered. Kindly contact us via email here to change your birth date.

Can I have multiple accounts with 1 phone number?

No, each phone number can only be used for one account.

How can I receive my free birthday scoop voucher?

How to receive your free birthday scoop:

  • Purchase in-store: Visit any outlet and key in your phone number upon checkout.
  • Complete your profile: Download our app and be sure to add your birth date during registration.

When will I receive my free birthday scoop voucher?

Your voucher will be added to your account in one of two ways:

  • Automatically at the beginning of your birthday month.
  • The day after you make your first purchase during your birthday month.

How do I redeem my vouchers?

It's easy! Just follow these steps in the store:

  1. Open the Inside Scoop app and log in.
  2. Tap on the Rewards section.
  3. Choose the voucher you want to use.
  4. Show the voucher to the cashier when you're ready to pay. Enjoy!

How does your points system work?

How Our Points Work:

Earn: Get 1 point for every RM1 you spend.
Redeem: Use 100 points to claim a RM5 voucher for your next purchase!

Does your points expire?

Yes, points are valid for one year from the day you earn them. They expire on a rolling basis.

For example:
Points you earn on 1 January, 2025, will expire on 1 January, 2026.

Did not receive my OTP to login to my account.

  1. Check your phone number to ensure it’s correct, then tap to request the code. Please allow up to 2 minutes for it to arrive, especially if you have a weak signal.
  2. Try a different method. If the code doesn't arrive, use the option to receive it via WhatsApp instead of SMS, or vice-versa.
