What is the minimum and maximum number of guests for a party?
No minimum headcount is required! We can accommodate up to 40 guests per party, though the exact number may vary depending on the outlet.
How do I know my party is confirmed?
Our supervisor will contact you within 1-2 days to confirm the store availability and party details. If everything is good to go, we will guide you through the payment details.
How much is the deposit and how do I pay?
A RM300 deposit is required via online transfer to the respective outlet. The deposit will be applied as in-store credit toward any purchases during your party.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! Outside food is allowed with a RM200 cleaning fee. Only halal food is permitted, and you’ll need to provide your own disposable cutlery.
Do you provide decorations?
Decoration services aren’t provided, but you’re welcome to arrive 1 hour early to set up your own decorations.
Can I host an event at any outlet?
Events are only available at selected shop lot outlets due to space limitations.
Will the store be closed to the public?
The store remains open for walk-ins and Grab takeaway orders. If your event uses only part of the outlet, other customers may still dine in. Event guests will receive a stamp for identification.
